CRB is a repository of all the creative things that float through my mind about the RPG Pathfinder. Two major features are random character generation and building characters based on the god they worship. Anything that seems like it adds to the creative aspects of the game will pop up from time to time, including location descriptions, adventure ideas and even short stories. CRB won't just be my own creativity, it will open the floor to anyone who has an idea sparked by what I present to you.

Random Roll 75 - The Randomness

Deep in the bowels of Golarion live some of the darkest, most vile races. In between them and the world above lie the Svirfneblin. This week’s random rolls bring us one of those gnomes that strayed into the Darklands to defend against evil fey they followed from the first world. By Friday we’ll have to pieces together the hows, whys, and whos of this quick fingered and quick witted Svirfneblin follower of Ghenshau. What will you make of it all?

Gender:Male
Race:Svirfneblin
Nationality:Darklands
Age:66
Height: 3’ 5”
Weight:39lbs
Alignment:Lawful Good

Str: 11
Dex: 16
Con:  14
Int: 12
Wis: 16
Cha: 6

Homeland: Underground
Parents: Both of your parents are alive.
Siblings: You have no siblings.
Circumstance of Birth: [Lower-Class Birth] You were born among peasants or slum denizens. You grew up working the land around a village or manor, practicing a rudimentary trade, or begging in a settlement.
Parent's Profession: Serfs/Peasants
Major Childhood Event: [Died] You died, or came so close to death that you walked the boundary between the realms of the living and the dead. Having passed from life's domain once, you have a unique perspective on life, perhaps even a greater appreciation for it—or maybe your experience caused you to reject all trivial things, focusing only on matters of true import.

Influential Associate:[The Hunter] This person was a lone wolf who nonetheless cautiously allowed you to become a member of her solitary pack. She taught you how to thrive on your own in spite of the many perils and natural dangers of your native environment.

Conflict: [Seducer] You tempted or manipulated someone to act in accordance with your whim, careless of whether it was in their own best interests.
Conflict Subject:Spellcaster.
Conflict Motivation: Religion.
Conflict Resolution: [Denial] You feel little if any regret, and deny the event mostly so others won’t judge you. Few if any know of your part in the conflict, and your constant denials are meant to keep it that way.
Deity/Religious Philosophy:Ghenshau

Romantic Relationship(s): [One Significant Relationship] You had a true love once, but that time has passed.
Drawback: [Self-Doubt] No matter what you do, it’s never good enough. You cannot help but see in your victories many little defeats and failures. If you were stronger, smarter, faster, or more powerful, maybe you could be better. However, stuck in the body and mind you have, you feel you’re destined to fail.

(Trait) Child of Nature
(Trait) Empyreal Focus
(Trait) Fearless Defiance
(Trait) Log Roller
(Trait) Poverty-Stricken
(Trait) Secret-Keeper
(Story Feat) Arisen
(Drawback) Doubt

In the comments please tell us what character you would make with these disparate pieces information? What class would this Svirfneblin naturally gravitate towards? What caused his temporary death? How did he seduce the spellcaster? How did he come to worship Ghenshau? And don’t forget to stay tuned Friday when my background hits the CRB.
